Chillin With Julien Ep. 12 features Entrepreneur and Gaffer, JC Falcon. (Tiny.Machine). Jean Carlos (JC) is a Dominican-American based in Los Angeles, with experience in Features, TV Documentary, Music Videos and Commercials. 2 years ago JC launched his own company called Tiny Machine which is a Lighting and Grip service that includes a 1/2 Ton Van and 2 Ton Van.
Each Van has specific Grip & Electric equipment that can be rented out to individuals in the TV/Film industry. JC's company has been going strong and he's even grown his social media following to 13.9k on Instagram.

On this episode our guest is author Anna Nyakana. She discusses her children's book “Niyah Zuri & The Pharaoh's Throne.”

Anna realized there was an overwhelming need for diverse children's books where “heroines could slay the fiercest of dragons versus filling the typical princess in distress role.” The book is historical fiction that focuses on diversity, girl-empowerment, science, and world history.

Anna believes kids should “see a reflection of themselves in the books they read” and her mission is to inspire and make an impact on them “one adventure at a time.”
